We are not like most other jewelry stores. Inside House of Silva resides House of Silva manufacturing, our own in house jewelry design and manufacturing studio. In our showroom you will find our exclusive "Design Studio" where you can witness computer aided design (CAD) being performed.
You can watch your own dream come to reality as we create any design in the most precise manner available, from diamond engagement rings and custom wedding bands to creating your family's next heirloom.
After the design is created we then produce all modeling, casting, diamond, and distinctive inventory, we can custom design anything for YOU, making an unforgettable jewelry experience!
Restyling:
If an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new, bring it to us. We'll work with you in our exclusive "Design Studio" to create something fresh and exciting; using our computer aided design so that you can be fully involved in the redesign of your jewelry and watch it evolve from dream to reality. We will even buy your scrap gold and diamonds that may go unused to put towards your purchase.
Rapid Repair:
We have a complete staff of experienced goldsmiths, platinum smiths, silversmiths, diamond and gem setters, casters, model makers, and polishers. Our in house manufacturer and repair studio, House of Silva manufacturing is also capable of servicing any of your jewelry repair needs; other jewelers send their jobs to us! We have access to all of the best technologies and the most developed of tradesman, you can trust your precious keepsakes to us.
Appraisals:
We perform written Appraisals for Insurance purposes. Each Appraisal comes with
1. Detailed description in duplicate for you and your insurance
company, all computer generated and stored in our files for
future updating and retrieval.
2. A picture of the piece.
3. A list of questions you should ask your insurance company
regarding coverage.
Care and Cleaning:
It is imperative to have your jewelry inspected and cleaned every 3 months. If you wear an item of fine jewelry every day, it is best to have it inspected and cleaned monthly. Preventative maintenance can save you from the heartache of losing a gemstone unnecessarily. House of Silva is pleased to offer complimentary cleaning and inspection of your fine jewelry so that you may enjoy it for many years to come.
Concierge:
House of Silva's Concierge Service is prepared to meet or exceed the most extravagant arrangements for our VIP customers. We will accommodate your busy schedule or privacy requirements and meet by appointment. We can also assist you in preparing the perfect presentation of your special gift. We are happy to offer personal delivery and will attend to all of your follow up appraisal and insurance needs on your behalf.
